Aim & Scope


Journal of Culinary Medicine & Physical Wellness aims to publish any original research, review articles, case studies, and Letters to The Editor related to the disciple of Culinary Medicine & Physical Wellness. Culinary Medicine touches not only upon the legacy initiatives of nutrition and preventive medicine, but explores everything related to the human relationship with the food we eat. This include studies in agriculture, food production and processing, nutrigenomics, gut microbiome, human physiology and pathology, sociology of how culture influences food choices, food psychology, mindful eating and the other broad reaches and areas of study that comprise the complex world of how we as humans and a society relate to the food we consume and ultimately how that impact on each person's health, wellness, longevity, and happiness.
