Publication, Processing and Formatting Charges

URF Publishers is a self-sustaining organisation that receives no funding from any institution or government. URF Publishers, like other Open Access publishers, charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) once an article is accepted for publication. These fees spread the costs of converting an original copy (manuscript) into a finished article, as well as the costs of facilitating, distributing, and marketing an article. As a result, the activity of the manuscripts is entirely funded by the publication charge received from authors for Journal Formatting Services.

Being an Open Access, URF Publishers does not receive payment for subscription, as the manuscripts are freely accessible over the internet. Having said this, URF Publishers doesnt follow any other charges except some nominal charges towards Journal maintenance.

However, URF Publishers provides some reduction in Article Processing Charges (APC) on papers where, all authors of the submitted manuscript are based in any of the Low-income economy countries but the final decision will be taken by the Editorial Board of the journal. In any case, an author may wish to withdraw a manuscript after submitting the manuscript the withdrawal charges will be applicable according to the journal withdrawal policy.
