Biography
Prof. Gilberto Bastidas Medical Surgeon graduated from the Universidad de los Andes, with Diplomas in: Pre-hospital emergency care, in Executive Management for senior management in health, and in occupational health and safety. With a Health Management Course equivalent to the Average Course in Public Health; Magister Scientise in Educational Management and also in Protozoology. With an International Master's Degree in Public Health and Hospital Management. Doctor in Parasitology. In the research area, he is the author of several articles published in national and international magazines, he has participated as a referee of scientific articles, he is part of the Editorial Committee of several national and international magazines, a writer of textbooks and a lecturer. Today cataloged as PEII level C in the government stimulus program for Venezuelan researchers.
