Biography
I am Yibeltal Addis Mekuria, and I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Informatics and a Master of Public Health in Health Informatics. With a strong public health foundation, I am passionate about integrating technology into healthcare systems to improve healthcare outcomes and service delivery. I possess a comprehensive skill set that includes proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, Epi Info, Epi Data, Epicollect-5, Kobocollect, ODK, SPSS, STATA, ArcGIS, Endnote, Mendeley, health information systems(DHIS-2, EMR), and data quality assurance tools(LQAS, RDQA), as well as programing language in C++, HTML, CSS, JS, Java, and MySQL. These skills enable me to manage complex data, conduct in-depth analyses, and effectively communicate findings to diverse audiences. My efforts have resulted in published papers and have contributed to advancing knowledge in the field. I am passionate about continuous learning and always seek opportunities to expand my knowledge and contribute to improving healthcare. Looking ahead, I aspire to continue advancing in the field of health informatics by exploring new technologies and methodologies that can further enhance healthcare outcomes, health education, and research.
