Biography
Born in Saudi Arabia, Prof. Abdullah Al Herbish graduated in King Saud University Medical School in 1981. He obtained post-graduate training and degrees in Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology in Alberta Child Hospital, Calgary, Canada and Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada 1984-1989. He is of FRCPC and FAAP holder in both Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology. He worked in King Khalid University Hospital, King Saud University, Riyadh till 2009. He is currently, holding a position as Vice President of Physicians’ Affairs in Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group (HMG) and Professor of Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology. He is an author or co-author of more than 90 published papers, chapters and books. He has been an invited speaker and chairman in many symposia and conferences.
