Biography
Miguel Ángel Pedraza Zárate is a Mexican clinical nutrition specialist, researcher, and educator. With a long-standing career at the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), he has worked as a registered dietitian, professor, and academic coordinator, contributing to the training of healthcare professionals and the development of specialized nutrition programs. He is also a founding member of national renal nutrition associations in Mexico and has authored around 20 scientific publications. His work focuses on clinical nutrition, research methodology, and education in health sciences.
