addressing the intricate dynamics between internal and external stakeholders.
Further, it highlights the need for stakeholder management to enhance project
resilience, mitigate risks, and foster collaboration. In this paper, I
attempted to delineate the aspect of stakeholder management in this scenario
for building strong stakeholder relationships in complex business environments
through strategic initiatives. Several existing practices are explored, and
