Abstract

This article discusses how integrating the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system with the Internet of Things (IoT) can change the landscape of engagement. Organizations can take advantage of real-time data provided by IoT devices to obtain profound customer insights, enhance service delivery and increase proactive engagement. This document examines the key benefits and challenges alongside other considerations that implement modern strategies in any business operation.

Oversights related to managing or analyzing data generated from IoT devices are gargantuan.
