Biography

Li Huaqing, Ph.D., professor, master tutor, postdoctoral fellow at the University of Sydney, Australia, postdoctoral fellow at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a visiting scholar at the Texas A&M University in Qatar, member of Chongqing Electronics Association, member of China Automation Society, mainly engages in multi-agent system distributed collaborative control, distributed optimization theory and application, complex systems and complex network research. In recent years, he has hosted 10 research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and the Chongqing Foundation and Frontier Research Program. He published more than 30 papers as the first author on SCI journals, 14 papers of which were the IEEE Transactions series. He is the senior deputy editor of the Neural Computing and Applications of SCI journals, the associate editor of IEEE Access of SCI journals, the commentator of Mathematical Reviews, the peer reviewer of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and a reviewer of several international journals such as IEEE TAC. IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TCAS-I, IEEE TCAS-II, IEEE TSMC-A, IEEE TSMC-B, etc. and a reviewer of famous international academic conference such as IEEE WCCI, ICONIP, IJCNN.
