Biography
Florina Scarlatache is currently Lecturer at the Department of Power Systems, “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iasi, Romania. She has published over 70 papers in various aspects of power systems. Her research interests include especially advanced techniques in operation, planning and optimal control of power systems.
