Biography

Mr. Shibaji Chandra is a seasoned technology leader with over 22 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business AI, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). He currently serves as Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture at SAP, where he leads strategic initiatives in Augmented Enterprise Architecture, Generative AI, and integrated enterprise toolchains. Shibaji has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams, including leading SAP’s BTP consulting practice and establishing the BTP Customer Success Acceleration team in North America. His leadership has driven significant growth in customer adoption, revenue, and innovation. A recognized thought leader, Shibaji specializes in aligning business and technology strategies to enable digital transformation. He has architected enterprise solutions across multiple industries and pioneered early adoption of AI-driven solutions on SAP BTP. He is also a co-author of a best-selling SAP BTP book and an active contributor to Enterprise AI research. Shibaji holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership, Business Analytics, and AI/ML from the University of Illinois and is a frequent speaker, mentor, and advocate in the global Enterprise Architecture and SAP community.
