Biography
Dr. Idress Hamad Attitalla is a Libyan Professor specializing in Molecular Evolution and Microbiology. He was born on 21 April 1969 in Tripoli, Libya. He earned his BSc from Omar Al-Mukhtar University (1992), MSc (1998) and PhD (2004) from Sweden (Uppsala University and Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences). He has held academic positions from Teaching Assistant to Professor (2015) and has served as Head of Department. His research focuses on molecular evolution, plant pathology, and microbial biotechnology. He has published extensively in international journals and participated in global scientific conferences and editorial activities.
