Biography
Prof. Elfeky graduated from the Faculty of Science, Chemistry department, Menoufiya University, Egypt (1994). She completed her PhD in Photochemistry in 2006 at the National Institute of Enhanced Laser Sciences (NILES), Cairo University. In 2007, she was appointed as a lecturer at NILES and in 2012, she has been promoted to Associate Professor of physical photochemistry. In 2017, she has been certified as a Professor of physical photochemistry and nanoscience. Expanding her expertise, she applied and wins a post-doctor fellowship at Bath University, United Kingdom 2007-2010 and takeovers an honorary post-doctor at Birmingham University, United Kingdom 2008. In 2014 she applied and got a visiting associate professor fellowship at Bath University, department of chemistry, United Kingdom. She earns the European Society for Photobiology (ESP) award.
